Frequently Asked Questions

How much do the items cost to rent?

Once you have filled out the inquiry form, you will receive a quote for the items you wish to rent. Full payment is required 2 days prior to the event.

Is a deposit required to hold an item?

Each rental item requires a holding fee that comes off of the total rental amount.

  • Cancellations 5 days prior to the event: holding fee is refunded

  • Cancellations less than 5 days prior to the event: holding fee is non-refundable

What happens if a rental item is damaged?

A refundable damage deposit is associated with each rental item. Upon return and inspection of the item, this deposit will be refunded, provided there are no damages to the item.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

You will receive a detailed invoice for your order.

Is delivery available?

All items are to be picked up and dropped off by the client. 

Am I able to see the design of my customized product?

​For customized products or items, you will receive 2 versions of the design for you to choose from. Please provide as many details as possible when consulting with our designer.
